This website was designed and developed by Kseniya Shrimpton as part of the curriculum for Code First: Girls - Level 1 (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Code First: Girls is a not for profit social enterprise. Since 2013 they’ve delivered £6 million worth of free education to young women across the UK. They have one purpose - to increase the number of women in tech. They do this to help address the gender imbalance in the tech industry, where women currently only represent about 17% of the workforce.
Kseniya's travels in East Asia inspired this website (although she has yet to visit Japan!).
